Resource Costings

Cost Basis: Below we have provided an approximation of the costs of acquiring Indian resources with different skills and within different quality bands. The quality bands have been defined in terms of relevant experience and education. Some sample CV's have been provided to further illustrate what you get for your money.

Quality Band 1	At least 2 years relevant experience & degree educated.
Quality Band 2	3 - 5 years relevant experience & degree educated.
Quality Band 3	5+ years relevant experience & Masters Degree educated.
Quality Band 4	Masters degree educated, 5+ years relevant experience, offshore experience, expert in field.

Cost Considerations: All resources are provided on UK contracts and include, salary, Indian office / comms infrastructure, recruitment and business support. These costs are made on the basis of 6 month contracts and rates may vary for different terms.

Skills Mix: Typically resources are required with a number of skills, generally we take the cost rate of the principal skill required and apply this. If there is an unusual skills mix then a premium may be added.

Costings Model: We are working on an automated costing model that will allow you to cost for a virtual team based upon a number of parameters including: Skills, experience, role, industry, education etc . Recruitment Methods                                                                                                              Typical Duration

Recruit In-House: This enables recruitment to be performed in short timescales & potentially for       0 - 3 Weeks short contracts. However this service is limited by resource availability.

Recruit To-Order: It generally takes 2-3 weeks to identify, quality check and interview the best        6 - 7 Weeks
available candidates. They also typically have a 4 week notice period.

Fast Track (RTO): Only considers candidates with no notice period and performs a cut-down            0 - 2 Weeks
selection process
